Narda-MITEQ has designed and manufactured Cryogenic Amplifiers for over 50 years for various applications such as radio astronomy, deep-space communications, low-temperature physics research, and most recently quantum computing.

Last year, we introduced our new catalog CLNA series of cryogenic series - designed and characterized for sub-cryogenic applications at temperatures ranging from 4K to 293K in the 5 to 10GHz frequency band.

We have recently added several new CLNA models to include 4 to 8GHz, 8 to 12GHz, and 4 to 12GHz frequency ranges. Superior performance of the new CLNA series is enabled by the use of advanced semiconductor transistors and leverages our long-standing experience with the design and manufacture of electronic components for use at cryogenic and sub-cryogenic temperatures.
